TRY SOMETHING NEW: BRASSERIE BLANC’S FESTIVAL OF FLAVOUR

The London food scene gets adventurous with the inaugural Festival of Flavour at Brasserie Blanc, kicking off in all five London locations on Monday 11 April and running until 17 April. Check it out and treat your taste buds to a new experience…

Kicking off in all five London Brasserie Blanc locations, and others around the UK, is a celebration of all things delicious with the inaugural Festival of Flavour. The week-long food festival, running 11-17 April, coaxes diners into leaving their comfort zones and trying something a little more outside the box with new taste experiences.

There will be street samples available daily so that daring passersby can be adventurous, as well as ‘Super Taster Tests’ which indicates how sensitive we individually are to flavours—waiters wearing a Super Taster t-shirt can provide more information—and a special three course ‘Festival Feast’ menu available every day of the festival with offerings from the new spring A La Carte menu. You cna even find out if you’re a super taster
