ALL STAR LANES LAUNCHES BOTTOMLESS BEER BRUNCH

All Star Lanes has launched London’s first truly bottomless craft beer brunch experience. Executive Chef Ashley Clarke has joined forces with sommALEier Melissa Cole to create a menu of hometown brunch favourites matched with craft creations from top breweries

Launching on 27 August 2016 – just in time for the August Bank Holiday weekend – the new brunch menu features five American-style dishes paired with craft beers from the likes of Beavertown Brewery, Steven’s Point Brewery, Brooklyn Brewery and Boulevard Brewery to perfectly match the flavour notes and profiles of each dish.

Tuck into buttermilk fried chicken and treacle-cured bacon on waffles with salted chilli butter and a drizzling of maple syrup paired with Brooklyn Breakfast, a bespoke Brooklyn Lager hoptail created by All Star Lanes Booze Chef, Sean-Lee Soon.

‘The Brooklyn Breakfast has a light maple sweetness and a hint of smoke and alcohol hit from the bourbon, which means it blends beautifully with the dish,’ says Melissa.

For those who prefer their eggs sunny-side up, there’s the Salt Beef Hash – a delicious skillet concoction of salt beef, potatoes and perfectly fried duck eggs, teamed with Steven’s Point Amber Lager help to balance out the rich flavours.

Brunch favourites like smoky-grilled toast topped with avocado and perfectly poached eggs, American pancakes with fresh forest berries and sour cream, plus a gourmet take on the egg and sausage muffin, complete Ashley Clarke’s menu.

For the old school brunchers, Prosecco, Mimosa’s and Bloody Mary’s are also available.

All Star Lanes has branches in Holborn, Bayswater, Shoreditch and Westfield Stratford City. To book see allstarlanes.co.uk
