1 Benares Restaurant and Bar, Mayfair

This month, Michelin-starred Benares Restaurant and Bar has launched an all day Sunday brunch, featuring a feast of Indian share plates and the option for unlimited drinks. The food will be chef/owner Atul Kochhar’s signature style of traditional English with a British twist – expect the likes of a masala omelette and a chicken tikka Caesar salad. £45 will get you a feed, and for an extra £25 you can accompany it with unlimited wine.

2 L’ETO Caffe, Brompton Road

L’ETO has launched a new gluten-free brunch menu at its Brompton Road venue

L’ETO Caffe’s latest branch on Brompton Road has a new breakfast menu to show off, with juices and dishes for everyone. The gluten free offerings include buckwheat pancakes with yoghurt, berries and fruit compote, and the high-protein, high-fibre yellow millet porridge. For those looking for a decadent morning there’s a brioche croquet monsieur or poached eggs in a parmesan basket, just to name a few. The menu is extensive and is available from 9 til midday every day.

Pachamama is bringing Peruvian breakfasts to Marylebone

Bringing Peruvian brunch to London, Pachamama launches its new ‘bottomless brunch’ menu from 25 April and with it comes a lively menu, endless Pisco Sours (we can vouch for their deliciousness) and a blend of exciting British and Peruvian ingredients blended together. Our mouths are watering at the sound of the menu’s quinoa waffles with Devonshire clotted cream and Yacon syrup; baked eggs with hot avocado and smoked brisket with plantain hash. Brunch will be available 11.30am-3pm Monday to Friday and 11am-4pm at the weekends.

What better way to see in spring than to launch a new breakfast menu inspired by Venice? Polpo, Notting Hill has launched a new menu with dishes for the new season, such as pancetta hash with poached egg, and zucchini frittata. The drinks include cocktails, fresh juices, and soft drinks like elderflower fizz. It’s available on the weekends from 10am until 4pm.

5 Carioca, Brixton

This colourful restaurant has been dishing up traditional Brazilian food for a while and has now added brunch to its name. The offerings include the likes of poached eggs, pulled braised beef and fried plantain with black bean stew on a maize muffin. The coffee is great, too, and they have an excellent selection of homemade cakes for afterwards.

6 Lima Floral, Covent Garden

Lima Floral’s new brunch menu is as pretty as a picture

Another Peruvian restaurant heading down the brunch route is Lima Floral, in Covent Garden. The popular South American restaurant’s cooking takes on a contemporary style, working with a philosophy of authenticity, seasonality and freshness, Lima Floral’s weekend breakfast menu costs £18 for three courses, and shows off the best of Peruvian cuisine. Think quinoa porridge, potato pancakes and Amazonian chocolate mousse. Another £10 will get you four glasses of prosecco too.

7 GNH Bar, Kings Cross St Pancras
The GNH Bar’s new breakfast menu, served from 7am, makes things easy by breaking their range down into three categories – traditional, healthy and sweet. Traditional features East Coast kipper with parsley butter and a full English breakfast, of course. Healthy offers fruit salads, porridges and spelt muffins. For those looking for a sweet breakfast there are pastries and brioche eggy bread with berries and crème fraiche.
