1 Esti’s Sunday rooftop cookout, Shoreditch

New Greek Australian restaurant esti, operating out of TT Liquor has launched its rooftop BBQ cookouts. Something of a mix between a BBQ and a Sunday roast, expect spit roasted whole lamb and pork, as well as slow cooked chicken over coal. 2 Sex in the City immersive experience

So, you may as well just go whole hog when And Just Like That returns for a second season, and re-live your Sex in the City glory days at this immersive pop up celebrating the sequel’s return air date and 25 years since the original aired. Live your best basic life and quaff a cosmo while taking a selfie in front of Carrie’s closet or while you pose in front of her laptop, gazing out the window, wondering about Mr Big.

3 RA’s Summer Exhibition

Going strong since 1769, the RA’s Summer Exhibition is the world’s largest open submission exhibition around. With British painter David Romfry as exhibition co-ordinator this time round, the exhibition showcases works across all mediums, from prints and paintings, to sculpture and architectural works.

4 Kensington and Chelsea Art Week

Taking place over 11 days, the festival showcases art and culture throughout the borough through public art exhibitions, performance, music and visual arts. The festival is also putting on an arts trail, featuring world-class sculpture, installations and murals in some of west London's most beautiful sites, which runs until August 31.

5 Art in Mayfair

This immersive arts festival celebrates the central London neighbourhood’s arts and culture scene. The much-loved free Sculpture Trail returns for 2023, with artists such as Barry Flanigan OBE, Johnny Hawkes, Kalliopi Lemos and Bernar Venet taking part. World-renowned contemporary artist Bob and Roberta Smith RA has been invited to create the unique Art in Mayfair flags that will hang above the streets of Mayfair this summer. Entitled ‘A puzzle 4U’ visitors can come down and uncover the puzzle hidden on the reverse side of the flag artworks. Mayfair’s galleries will also host pop up exhibition, showcases, talks and masterclasses.
