Throwing a get-together this festive season? What better way to get your guests into the party spirit than with a glass of punch. For a fruity crowd-pleaser, try the cocktail recipe below from sparkling wine brand Chandon
To make one glass of Patagonia Punch, you will need:
Chandon Rosé
2 strawberries
5 basil leaves
20ml rhubarb & strawberry cordial (or a berry cordial of your choice)
15ml fresh lemon juice
30ml Belvedere vodka
Ice cubes
Method:
Muddle the fruit with the basil leaves to release the flavour. Shake together with the Chandon, cordial, lemon juice, vodka and ice and strain into a coupette glass. To decorate, add a slice of strawberry.
