Bringing extra shine and sparkle to this year’s festive season, The Savoy hotel on The Strand has teamed up with British fine jeweller, Boodles – behind the hotel’s fabulously decorated Christmas Tree this year – to design this spectacular seasonal cocktail.
The talented bartenders at The American Bar and The Savoy’s pastry team have created this Boodles themed cocktail and signature éclair. With flavours carefully selected to match the cocktail, the decadent éclair is meticulously created with cranberries, Earl Grey Cream and white chocolate shard.
If you’re not planning on a trip to The Strand, here’s the recipe so you can whip one up yourself:
45ml Grey Goose
30ml Lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
10ml Poire Eau De Vie
8 Drops Peychaud bitters creating unique pink appearance
Dash Egg White
