In need of a health boost? Fulham café Little H has teamed up with Bloom Teas to create the Bloom Boost Experience. Here’s how to make what they believe to be the ‘world’s healthiest smoothie‘
Little H in Parson’s Green (it’s the sister outlet to Hally’s across the road) has quickly established itself as the place to go for fresh juices, healthy lunches and gluten-free food. So, when the team at this Fulham café decided to add a vibrant green smoothie to their menu, they called upon Bloom Teas award winning Supercharge Matcha. Why? This green tea powder contains guarana and matca root for a natural energy kick and has more antioxidants per gram than goji berries, pomegranate, wild blueberries and acai berries combined.
