Ottolenghi Test Kitchen Chefs Noor Murad and Jake Norman are hosting an intimate charity cook-along to raise funds for Ukraine a part of the #CookForUkraine campaign.

Taking place on Wednesday, April 27 as part of the Marylebone Food Festival, the Ottolenghi Spring Mezze Class sees 12 lucky folk prepare deliciously earthy dishes in Ottolenghi’s signature style.

Let the culinary whizzes guide you through making the likes of butter beans with preserved lemon, chili and herb oil; smooshed carrots with coriander-pistachio pesto and picked onions; and iceberg wedges with smoke aubergine cream, while they give you tips and tricks along the way.

Once all the dishes have been made, class participants will sit down to enjoy the fruits of their labour in a casual light lunch and an informal Q&A with the duo.

The class is held at cookery school La Cucina Caldesi, which has been provided free of charge.

A maximum of 12 people can attend the class and tickets are on sale now, with 100 per cent of sales going to #CookForUkraine.

Date: Wednesday, April 27
Time: 10am-12.30pm
Tickets: From £165
Address: La Cucina Caldesi
