Nobu Shoreditch Launches a Japanese Sunday Brunch

Nobu Shoreditch, the latest addition to the Japanese restaurant and hotel empire, has launched its first ever Sunday brunch menu

Brunch begins with Edamame and Parmesan Truffle Rice Toban before you’re invited to step up to the Brunch Bar, which offers a variety of classic Nobu dishes including the restaurant’s signature sushi and sashimi and dishes like Yellowtail Jalapeno, Tenderloin Tataki, Chicken Karage and Japanese Beef Stew.

This is followed by three rounds of sharing dishes created especially for brunch and exclusive to Nobu Shoreditch, including Baby Corn Tempura with Yuzu Kosho Honey Aioli, Roasted Short Ribs with Aji Matsuhisa Sauce, Gyoza with Butter Ponzu and Eel Sauce, Grouper Tempura with Amazu Ponzu and Grilled Skirt Steak with Honey Truffle Teriyaki.

There’s even dessert, so do save some room for one last trip to the Brunch Bar, where you’ll find Nobu-style desserts such as Green Tea Rolled Roulade, Sakura Jelly (which is gluten and dairy free, Honey Toast, Coffee Brulee (gluten free) and Yuzu Mini Cake (also gluten and dairy free).

Served every Sunday from 11am to 3pm, the Nobu Shoreditch brunch starts from £45pp (food only), with the option of adding a welcome glass of prosecco, Japanese Bloody Mary or Mimosa, plus a glass of house red or white, with your meal for £55pp, or a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot, Japanese Bloody Mary or Mimosa, plus as glass of selected fine wine, with your meal for £65pp. A number of vegetarian options are available.

Nobu Hotel Shoreditch also has a Wake Up To Brunch staycation package, starting from £255 per night, which includes a stay at the hotel plus the new brunch. Wake Up To Brunch is valid on stays of one or more nights, arriving on Saturday.
