Print Manuka Kitchen Beef Salad


1 chilli finely sliced
10 stems fresh corriander
20 mint leaves
1 whole cucumber peeled into ribbons
1carrot peeled into ribbons
2 green onions, sliced
5 French radishes
1/2 lime juices
Toasted seaseme oil
350g Bavette (we use buccleuch beef at Manuka kitchen)
Beef dressing
1/2 limes
Soy sauce
Squid sauce
1/2 Chilli, finely sliced
Mint chopped
Corriander, chopped
1. Mix the dressing together with the beef no more than 30 minutes before cooking, or it will dry out the beef
2. In a large hot pan, toss the beef until all evenly seared and soy sauce mix is slightly caramelised
3. Remove from pan and and rest
4. Dress half the salad with sesame oil and lime, season
5. Layer the beef through the middle part and pour excess juice over the beef and salad
6. Garnish with the rest of the salad mix and fresh herb leaves
