How is one to stick to the New Year, New You healthy-eating drive when the lure of London’s most important meal of the week – brunch – is so strong?

Do it Scandi style at KuPP, which is now serving up a Veggie Board as part of its popular Bottomless Smörgasbord Brunch deal. The new Veggie Bord is packed with nutritious ingredients inspired by the growing veggie trend.

Served on a traditional wooden bord, tuck into a marvellous medley of Scandi favourites including wild mushroom and tarragon tart, quinoa, kale and butternut bites, smashed avocado and dukkah, earthy roasted beetroot and smoked red onions, Swedish Västerbotten and Danish blue cheeses, as well as dips for hunks of sourdough and crispbread.

KuPP’s Bottomless Brunch includes 90 minutes of unlimited smörgasbord refills alongside a choice of delicious herb and spice infused bottomless cocktails like the Scandi Collins or Aquavit Bloody Mary, or glasses of Czech Pilsner Krušovice dispensed direct from their giant silver tanks (you’re not doing Dry January, are you?)

Not feeling the veggie vibe? The new smörgasbord joins an existing collection of brunch bords including one packed with fish and seafood, another where a smoked fore-rib of beef is the main attraction and KuPP’s signature brunch – the KuPP Bord, loaded with Swedish meatballs, potted rabbit and chorizo sausage rolls.

The KuPP Bottomless Smörgasbord Brunch is priced £30 per person, is available every Saturday and Sunday between 12noon and 5pm. For every adult enjoying a Bottomless Bord, a child can eat for free from a dedicated kids menu.
