2 Galvin Restaurants & Pubs Launch BBQ Menus

3 Benares’ BBQ-Themed Street Food
To celebrate the warmer months, Benares has launched its new BBQ themed street food menu. Benares is offering a five-course sharing menu, including Indian-styled street food such as tandoori chicken crispy naan, BBQ lamb kofta roll and crispy Cornish mackerel. In addition to the BBQ menu, Benares is offering BBQ-inspired, smoky cocktails like the Tandoori Old Fashioned and Tandoorin Mojito. The new menu is served in the informal lounge area during both lunch and dinner for £30 for all five dishes.

4 Bó Drake’s BBQ Sharing Tray
In honour of summer, Bó Drake is launching its brand new BBQ Sharing Tray for its guests to enjoy. Piled high with smoked and grilled meats and combining the sweet and pickled influences of East Asia with the slow-cooked BBQ methods popularized in the Americas and Europe, this sharing plate is perfect for two and those warmer Sunday’s. The new Inamo Camden, just opposite Mornington Crescent tube station, has two outdoor areas – the rooftop Lotus Terrace and the ground floor Zen Garden – that are perfect for a pan-Asian BBQ and cocktails. The £6 BBQ plate is one of the best value meals in Camden – choose three yakitori – fresh from the robata – one tapas dish and one side. Dishes include Bao Buns, Thai fish cakes and juicy baby pork ribs. Available daily from 12noon-7pm. To celebrate Inamo’s first alfresco summer you can enjoy £3 bottles and £4 pints of Kirin, alongside £15 bottles of fizz, while seated in the Zen Garden or on the Lotus Terrace.

Choose from the Weber’s Essentials (£99), Weber’s Seafood Essentials (£99), the American Barbecue course (£129) or Winter Warmers course (£99) and learn how to create a delicious BBQ. Summer and barbecuing typically go hand in hand, and to honour this tradition, Brixton Beach is hosting BBQ Thursdays every Thursday throughout the summer months. Each Thursday evening, BBQ specialists and chefs will be whipping up mouthwatering food and creative cocktails for you and your mates to indulge. Make sure to swing by on 27 July to have a Japanese-inspired BBQ meal prepared for you by Masterchef winner Tim Anderson or pop over on the closing night to enjoy STAKEhaus’s Surf ‘n’ Turf Beach BBQ and say goodbye to summer in style.
