As the festive season is upon us, London comes alive in the most enchanting way and Florattica is no different. Sitting high at the top of Canopy by Hilton London City, the 11th floor rooftop bar has been given a festive makeover this year, complete with twinkling fairy lights and hundreds of baubles embedded in its floral ceiling.
Guests can enjoy a spectacular cocktail (or five!) with views to match as the rooftop sits high above the city’s bustling streets and Christmas lights, sweeping from St Pauls to Canary Wharf.
‘Tis the season to go brunching with friends, and with a new season comes a new three-course weekend brunch spread for just £40 – guests can choose from cured salmon and warm blinis, then follow with mortadella eggs Benedict, and top things off with Belgium waffles, Chantilly cream, berries and maple syrup. There’s the option to add on free-flowing Prosecco for £45 or Champagne for £75 – there’s no better reason to gather some friends and make an afternoon of it.
The cocktails at Florattica are just as impressive as the venue, with many festive treats behind the bar - the new menu tingles the taste buds and complements the colourful décor. A particular favourite with guests is Hail Up – a bright pink tropical drink made with dragonfruit, or choose the Cachai, a shimmering blue with a sour twist! If a cocktail isn’t for you then an extensive wine, beer and spirits menu is available.
If you don’t get the chance to pop in for a drink, then there’s always New Year’s Eve to spoil yourselves and celebrate in style. Tickets include a sumptuous four-course tasting menu, drinks (depending on the package), a DJ and Saxophonist. Whilst you won’t get to see London’s main fireworks, the city will be lit up and looking magical with other displays taking place.
