Levan’s Luxe Christmas dinner delivery will offer something a little different to the standard Christmas dinner and takes almost all the effort out of Christmas Day cooking. Michelin-starred HIDE is offering its Hide at Home Christmas Menu for delivery until 31 December from £58pp. The innovative seasonal menu showcases the very best of HIDE, with dishes including potted shrimp and smoked salmon with warm malted blinis (and the option of Exmoor caviar for a £15 supplement), stuffed roast turkey with crispy potatoes, red wine gravy, roast winter vegetables and brioche and clove sauce, and a HIDE Yule log. Michelin-starred Aquavit London has launched a DIY Christmas Kit, delivering a Nordic feast straight to your door. Head Chef Jorjon Colazo has created an exciting seasonal sharing menu that you just need to heat, plate and eat! Priced at £160 and designed for two to share, the feasting menu offers dishes such as gravlax with mustard and dill sauce, shrimp Skagen, Julsinka (a Swedish Christmas ham), Houghton Springs Trout and Swedish meatballs with lingonberries and pickled cucumber, as well as side like roasted Brussels sprouts and braised red cabbage, plus a Kladdkaka chocolate cake with whipped cream and lingonberries for dessert, or a selection of cheese and crackers. Fine wine club 67 Pall Mall have created a Christmas Feast Box to indulge in during this most difficult of Yuletide seasons. In keeping with the club’s philosophy that great wine deserves great food, they are bringing the club’s delicious Christmas lunch to Londoner’s homes. The 67 Pall Mall Christmas Feast Box will include Christmas crackers, menus for the table and recipe cards, Secret Smokehouse salmon and pumpernickel starters, mains of turkey Ballotine stuffed with sausage meat, sage and onion stuffing, and served with butcher’s pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce and chef’s recipe gravy, and dessert of traditional Christmas Pudding with brandy cream. The feast begins with Simon Rogan’s truffle pudding, followed by a roast onion broth with pickled onions and Westcombe cheddar. The choice of either confit trout with cauliflower puree, or Hen of Woods precedes a main course of Norfolk Black turkey with a classic Christmas pudding to finish. A meat-free alternative is also available, and you can also opt for homemade mulled wine, cider or a wine pairing. The five-course Festive menu is priced at £85pp, plus a single £10 delivery fee.
