Before owning Wyndham House, the two produced chickens in Norfolk to then sell at local farmers markets, and eventually had their own stall at Borough Market. Lin and Lee recognized how conscious people were in the 90s about what they were feeding themselves, and so Wyndham House opened to provide the community with the values and their own extensive knowledge of the value of meat.
