1 The Blues Kitchen
Because London loves brunch, The Blues Kitchen is open this Easter weekend with American style indulgences like Pig & Biscuits, buttery southern breads topped with juicy pulled pork, poached duck eggs, hollandaise sauce and crispy-fried bacon, and the Louisiana Creole Crab Benedict, crispy-fried crab cakes, with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Other brunch treats include Huevos Rancheros, fried eggs served on fried corn tortillas with chorizo, beans, cheese and salsa, and served with guacamole, and a short or tall stack of rich Buttermilk Pancakes covered in maple syrup and bacon. 2 The Riding House Café and Village East
The Riding House Café and Bermondsey’s Village East are both extending their respective brunch menus in order to offer brunch on the Sunday and Monday of the Easter Bank Holiday. The Riding House Café is hugely popular for Sunday brunch, so enjoy their full Sunday brunch a day late on Monday. Meanwhile, Bermondsey’s Village East, will serve dishes such as the Campfire Breakfast with slow-roasted pork shoulder, barbeque baked beans & fried eggs or Malted Waffles with caramelised banana & vanilla ice cream. 3 The Lighterman, Kings Cross
The Lighterman opens officially at King’s Cross Tuesday 29 March, but there’s a soft launch over Easter. This huge new hotspot will take up the entire eastern side of Granary Square, offering three floors of all-day drinking and dining. As for the soft launch, it runs from Tuesday 22 March to Monday 28 March, and all food is 50% off. It’s ideal for trying something new over Easter.

5 Asia de Cuba, Covent Garden
Asia de Cuba, London’s most original Asian Cuban fusion restaurant, will serve up a signature Easter roast by Chef Louis Pous: El Lambchon roast. Sweet Things Bakery has an Easter range of truffles available this year. Not only are they delicious, but they’re gluten and dairy free.
