The experienced and expert craftsmen, trusted by property owners and industry professionals, utilise both modern and traditional methods to achieve the best possible finish in a sympathetic and systematic manner. Take a look at a few of their recent projects:

Prince Edward Mansions, Notting Hill
A full restoration was carried out to the side elevation of this elegant Notting Hill mansion block. All of the existing railings were repaired and painted, and the bricks were refaced and repointed. The lead sheet coping was replaced to eliminate water ingress to the building’s stonework.

Portland Place, Marylebone
This distinguished building of luxurious apartments has wonderful elevations of large Portland stone slabs that pollution had blackened over time. Our mission was to restore the building to its former glory. Renovations consisted of remedial roof works, mason clean, repairs to the Portland stone and exterior decoration.

Gunter Grove, Fulham
At this archetypal pair of late Georgian terraces, we carried out brick cleaning, re-pointing and extensive stone restoration to the portico, stucco and window surrounds of both houses, along with applying sheet lead to the box gutters, front parapet coping stones and window heads. Wrought iron railings were added to the front elevation creating a safe roof terrace overlooking neighbouring rooftops.

The Limes, Notting Hill
Grange Refurbishment was appointed as the the main contractor to restore the entire exterior of this 1960s apartment block in Notting Hill. The asphalt roof was overlaid with an Iko high performance felt system, carrying a 15 year warranty, while the vertical concrete panels were renovated and the entire building redecorated.

Kensington Court Mansions, Kensington
These beautiful red brick mansion buildings are a particularly prevalent part of the Kensington street scene, and at Kensington Court Mansions we have carried out renovations to the building over a period of several years. Redecorating the internal light wells required the installation of scaffolding towers in the 100ft drops. New slates were applied to mansards, along with intricate lead detail to the building and cupola. New mastic asphalt was laid to the flat roof sections.

Darwin Court, Primrose Hill
On this project we were tasked with overlaying the existing 1200m2 asphalt roof with Liquid Rubber, a cost effective solution to extending the lifespan of a roof. Preparation works included highpressure cleaning of the existing coverings. Liquid Rubber was then applied to the entire roof surface and was also used to create non-slip walkways. The project carried a 20 year warranty.
