The Haringey (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.68) Order 2023 T65
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 24th January 2023 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

Brabant Road N22
To formalise the Double Yellow Lines and Double Kerb Markings (no loading at any time) on both sides Brabant Road adjacent to Eclipse House.
Green Lanes N4
To formalise the existing Single Kerb Markings (No Loading) on the parking bay outside Dostlar Off Licence operating Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm and Saturday 5pm-7pm.
Griffin Road N17
- To formalise the Double Yellow Line outside properties 1-102 Northolt.
- To formalise the existing Permit Holders Only bays operating Monday-Friday 2pm-4pm:
- South Side: Outside properties 1-80 Rochford.
- South Side: Outside properties 1-102 Northolt.
- North Side: Outside properties 1-96 Martlesham.
Grosvenor Road N10
To formally remove the section of Double Yellow Line outside property number 7.
High Road N17
To formalise the Single Kerb Markings operating Monday-Saturday 7am-1pm on the Single Yellow Line outside properties 844-858 (Barclays Bank) and the Double Kerb Markings (no loading at any time) outside the Coach and Horses Pub.
Honeysett Road N17
To formalise the operational times for all Pay by Phone bays on Honeysett Road N17 to Monday-Sunday 8am-6:30pm (maximum stay and no return period of 2 hours), event days Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm and public holidays 12pm-8pm (maximum stay and no return period of 1 hours).
Muswell Hill Broadway N10
- To formalise the Loading Only Bay outside No.496/498 operating 40 Minutes Monday-Saturday 10am–6:30pm.
- To formalise the operational times of the bus stop on the west side of the carriageway outside properties 243-275 and the bus stop on the east side of the carriageway outside properties 390-402. The operational times will be amended to Monday-Sunday 7am-Midnight.
Reform Row N17
To formalise the operational times for all Pay by Phone bays on Reform Row N17 to Monday-Sunday 8am-6:30pm (maximum stay and no return period of 2 hours), event days Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm and public holidays 12pm-8pm (maximum stay and no return period of 1 hours).
Southwood Lane N6
- To formalise the Double Yellow Line on the west side of Southwood Lane N6 outside properties 6 to 37.
- To formalise the Single Kerb Markings (No Loading) operating Monday-Friday 8am-9:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm:
- West Side: Between properties 123 and 153-163.
- East Side: Between properties 123 and 137.
The Park N6
To formalise the Single Kerb Markings (No Loading) operating Monday-Friday 8am-9:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm on the Double Yellow Line adjacent to the flank wall of property No.123 Southwood Lane N6.
Upper Tollington Park N4
To formalise the operational times for the Business Permit Holder bays outside Stroud Green Clinic of Monday-Saturday 8:30am-8:30pm, event days Monday-Saturday 8:30am-8:30pm Sundays and public holidays 12pm-4:30pm.
White Hart Lane N17
To formalise two sections of Pay by Phone only parking outside the Rowland Hill Nursery School.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 2nd February 2023.

within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
