Temporary Closure of Wiveliscombe Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Wiveliscombe Road - from the junction with Ford Road In an easterly direction for a total distance of 550 metres. This Order will enable Telent safe access to BT equipment in order to Install new fibre cabling on behalf of Openreach.

The Order becomes effective on 1st December 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 5th December 2022 and last until 9th December 2022 between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 for a total of 5 days.
