Notice under s 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 and s 233 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 ("the Acts") of the proposed appropriation for planning purposes and disposal of 4 sites as detailed below:
In accordance with the above Acts the London Borough of Croydon hereby gives notice that it intends to appropriate for planning purposes and thereafter dispose of the following land, which contain some areas of open space, to allow residential development:
- Garage Block adjoining 91, Bedwardine Road, Upper Norwood, London (Planning Ref 19/00342/FUL)

- Garage Block and Land Adjoining 53, Bedwardine Road, Upper Norwood, London (Planning Ref 19/00343/FUL). This includes a small area of open land to the rear of the existing garages measuring approximately 195m2

- Garage Block and Land Adjoining 21 Bedwardine Road, Upper Norwood, London, SE19 3AS (Planning Ref 19/00346/FUL) This includes a small area of open land to the rear of the existing garages measuring approximately 250m2

- Garages To The Rear Of 6 And 8 Kennelwood Crescent, Croydon, CRO ODQ, (Planning Ref 18/06173/FUL)

or in writing to Stephen Wingrave, Head of Asset Management and Estates, London Borough of Croydon, 7* Floor, Zone D, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1EA. All comments must be received by 21" August 2020. All comments/objections to the proposed appropriation and/ or proposed disposal of the Land will be considered by the Council. Plans for each of the sites will not be available at the Council Offices for inspection during the current Covid-19 pandemic arrangements but copies can be sent on request via the above email address.
