12 Cheats, Treats & Cheap Eats to Beat Blue Monday

Monday 15 January 2018 is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year. Dr Cliff Arnall, the man who coined the term ‘Blue Monday’, recently apologised for making January even more depressing, though he explains that he intended the phrase to inspire people to take action and make positive life decisions. So here are 12 ways to do just that…

The healthy hangout welcomes Nicola Robinson to bring weary commuters a funky playlist of happy world beats for one morning only. Grab a smoothie shot and yogurt pot to go, or climb up to the treehouse and Get Down On It.
