Tired? Head for London’s New Sleep Suite

Struggling to get back into a sensible sleep pattern? The Christmas holidays are a great time for us office dwellers to catch up on sleep, but when you’ve spent a week in practical hibernation, the January wake up call is a real struggle.

Fortunately, Eve Sleep is delivering tired Londoners exactly what we need – The Sleep Suite. The five-day celebration of sleep will take over the De Montfort Suite at Bethnal Green’s Town Hall Hotel and Apartments in late January.

Book into a series of workshops, talks and panel discussions each morning and evening to gain tips and inspiration from a network of trusted sleep experts and influencers.

You can listen to a panel discussion on sleep and travel hosted by hotel expert Juliet Kinsman (former editor-in-chief of Mr & Mrs Smith), discover the impact of food and nutrition on your slumber with Red Magazine’s lifestyle director Pip McCormac, or check out a Philosophy Slam on dreams with The School of Life.

There’s also a morning brew masterclass with Allpress coffee, for those who really struggle to get going in the morning. Holistic sleep expert Christine Hansen will also be in residence all week to offer one-to-one sleep consultation, you can try a slumber-inducing cocktail at The Town Hall Bar, and the Corner Room restaurant will offer up an ‘eve perfect start’ brunch.

Forget those unattainable fitness goals, just add a good night’s sleep to your New Year’s resolutions.

The Sleep Suite by Eve Sleep will open from Monday 29 January until Friday 2 February at 8 Patriot Square, Bethnal Green E2 9NF. Tickets range from free to £8.50. For further information and to buy tickets (on sale from 8 January), see evemattress.co.uk/thesleepsuite
