The world’s leading cognac, Hennessy, has partnered with luxury British fashion brand Beulah London, to create a bespoke accessory for men and women to wear this winter
In celebration of the 60th running of the Hennessy Gold Cup – taking place at Newbury Racecourse on Saturday 26 November 2016 – and the glamour of the winter racing season, Hennessy and Beulah London have created a stylish limited edition silk pocket scarf for both men and women to enjoy wearing this season.
Using Beulah London’s signature rich blue and Hennessy’s horse print, the delicate silk fabric has been hand block printed with a design which includes the number 60 and a six-line pattern, symbolising the six decades of the Hennessy Gold Cup – the longest standing British racing commercial sponsorship.
‘We wanted to create a unique item that not only commemorates a historical sporting occasion that we enjoy each year, but that can be enjoyed by men and women – either as a neck or wrist scarf, pocket square or elegant bag tie,’ said Beulah London’s founder Natasha Rufus-Isaacs. ‘Hennessy is a great partner for us to do this with – its unique heritage and authentic craftsmanship echoes our brand values.’

Since its inception in 1957, the Hennessy Gold Cup has had a long association with the Hennessy family, which has continued to this day, making it British racing’s longest commercial sponsorship. Each year, Hennessy plays host to friends of the brand and the racing world, with previous guests including Stanley Tucci, Tinie Tempah, Carey Mulligan, Hugh Bonneville, Joan Collins, Rod Stewart, Jerry Hall, Elizabeth Hurley, Mollie King, Eddie Redmayne, Rob Brydon, Pippa Middleton, Rosamund Pike and Dame Judi Dench.
The limited edition scarf will be available to buy online this week, or from Beulah London’s boutique at 145 Ebury Street SW1W 9QN (020 7730 0775), priced £60
