My name is Bonnie Le Bon (no relation to Simon Le Bon) and I’ve been a resident pooch of Wimbledon for seven years. You’ll often find me hanging out on Wimbledon Common with my fellow fur friends, the #DogsOfWimbledonCommon.

Apart from the vast open green space of Wimbledon Common, the Village is also a pawesome place for me and my fur friends to visit with many #DogFriendly pubs, shops and coffee shops. Here are a few of my favourites…

1 Hemingways
The best cocktails in SW London according to my human and the staff love dogs, especially bar manager David who gave me lots of cuddles and a bowl of fresh water. So if your human is frazzled and needs to unwind, pop into Hemingways for a hair of the dog (pardon the pun… woof woof!).
57 High Street, Wimbledon Village

2 Fox and Grapes
Absolutely woofalicious food served here for the humans. Dogs are welcome in the restaurant area as well as the bar area. The staff are all very friendly and love dogs! There’s dog treats and fresh water available. On Sundays if there’s any spare meat left over from their roasts, it’s given to the dog guests! Think I need to get mama to book a table here every Sunday! A big woof and waggy tail for this pub!
9 Camp Road, Wimbledon Common

3 Rose and Crown
The resident black Labrador Freddy is very friendly and welcoming of his fur friends and their humans. You can dine with your human in the bar area or just unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink. The bar staff are very friendly and gave me lots of fuss and treats. A definite paws up for this village pub!
55 High Street, Wimbledon Village

4 Cafe Nero
A fabulous place for your human to refuel on coffee and have a bite to eat while you can chill, meet other dog friends and grab a window seat to watch the dogs walk by. An ideal place to go during Wimbledon tennis fortnight to spot tennis players and other human celebrities.
High Street, Wimbledon Village

5 Wimbledon Books
A nice place if you like reading, especially if you have little humans as there is a pawesome selection of children’s books. The staff like dogs too, so this bookshop is my mama’s No 1 book shop if she needs a book.
40 High Street, Wimbledon Village

6 Cath Kidston
Love this quirky shop selling bright, vintage-style homewares, bags, clothing and more. One of my mama’s favourite gift shops. There are lots of dog items too, so it’s a pawfect place for me. The staff are always friendly, so a definite paws up!
3 High Street, Wimbledon Village

7 LK Bennett
This sophisticated womenswear shop, sells footwear, clothing and bags for humans, and they’re very welcoming to dogs. The nice human lady sales assistant fetched me a bowl of fresh cold water the day I visited because it was very hot weather!
52-54 High Street, Wimbledon Village

8 Space.NK.apothecary
Offers a selected range of beauty and skin care products for humans from specialists around the world and the staff absolutely loved me so my human shall definitely be returning to this shop!
39a High Street, Wimbledon Village

9 Neom Organics
The home of sweet smelling, British made products which include candles, oils, body lotions, room sprays and diffusers. A very nice smelling shop which humans will love to visit and, of course, dogs are welcome!
38a High Street, Wimbledon Village
