The Luxury Apartments Next Door To Buckingham Palace

Win the London postcode war hands down by setting up home in the new luxury development set across a 5.5 acre estate adjoining Buckingham Palace…

Nova, located in Victoria SW1, is just a stone’s throw from Belgravia and within walking distance of Pimlico, Knightsbridge and Mayfair and, best of all, its sits on the doorstep of London’s most iconic residence, Buckingham Palace.

Recently completed, The Nova Building, built as part of Landsec’s £2.2bn regeneration of Victoria, hosts a collection of 170 luxury apartments with interior architectural design by FLINT London. Each individual apartment – ranging from studios to four bedrooms – has flexible living spaces put together in an elegant colour palette.

Three show apartments have been dressed by FLINT London, Amos & Amos and Morpheus London, with each design team expressing a different lifestyle concept, from the quintessentially British to modern minimalism, to showcase how the light, airy spaces can be built to be individual tastes.

The Nova Building residents will have access to secluded places to relax, including a shared roof garden and private lounge on the 9th floor – both of which overlook Buckingham Palace – as well as all the mod-cons a busy Londoners needs, such as a private cinema, a state-of-the-art gym and 24-hour concierge.

A further two buildings – Nova South and Nova North – complete the Nova complex, designed by Benson + Forsyth to mediate between classic Belgravia architecture and London’s more contemporary skyline.

Connecting all three at ground level is Nova Food, London’s newest and most polished foodie destination with 17 new restaurants including Aster by D&D London, Stoke House by Will Ricker and The Rail House Café by Adam White, plus London’s largest alfresco dining space.
