SMOKEY TAILS LAUNCHES BOOZY BOTTOMLESS FRIED CHICKEN BRUNCH

Smokey Tails at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen is launching a bottomless boozy brunch in true indulgent all-American style this weekend

Seth Troxler’s cult barbecue restaurant is launching one heck of a bottomless brunch, with free-flowing bloody Marys, prosecco, mimosas or softies, as well as all-you-can-eat all-American food.

For just £30 per person (or £25 virgin), you can feast on hearty Midwestern dishes like Crunchy Brioche French Toast with Fried Chicken, Bacon and Maple Syrup; Cherry Cola Gammon and Fried Eggs; or Mama T’s Pancakes with Fruit Compote and Vanilla Cream.

And it’s not just eats at Smokey Tails, it’s beats too. Brunchers will be able to enjoy music played through the restaurant’s new luxury sound system – a custom-built studio-standard Martion Audio System featuring 12 Martion Luzy’ speakers.

The rig, designed and handmade by loudspeaker manufacturing veteran Basil Martion, is designed to give a clear, even, warm sound at low to medium volume level. Sound quality takes precedence over volume, which should be music to the ears of those of us who cannot bear the noisy tinny tones of a loud, poor-quality sound system.

Smokey Tails, which started life as an East London pop-up, is the brainchild of internationally renowned DJ Seth Troxler, Jo Vidler from Secret Productions (behind Secret Garden Party and Wilderness festival) and Jona Ahearne, co-founder of Bearded Kitten.

And with Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen being one of East London’s most vital small music venues, you know you’re in for a good time…

Brunch is available Saturdays 10am-2pm and Sundays 12pm-2pm (max two hours per sitting).
