The new TraTra bar and bistro in Shoreditch is offering an irresistible soft launch deal – bottomless charcuterie and cheese from 28 February until 14 March

Award-winning Parisian chef and cookery writer Stéphane Reynaud, the grandson of a boucher, has included an incredible house selection of charcuterie – from saucisson to chorizo and andouille – on his menu at the new TraTra bar and bistro on Redchurch Street.

The bistro is also offering 50% off all food and a house bottle of red or white wine in the subterranean late-night dining and drinking den, hidden in the depths of the iconic Boundary Project building.

Larger sharing plates include Pork Belly and Short Ribs to be enjoyed with friends. For those desiring an informal bite, the menu features Tempura Vegetables with Basque Paprika, as well as Fennel, Orange & Black Olive Salad, Truffled Croque Monsieur and skin-on Frites with Aioli. Pair your choice with a selection of wines by the glass, inventive cocktails and beers.
